Bribie Island Parkrun

Bribie Island Parkrun

Parkrun today was at the relatively new Bribie Island parkrun, the S.S. Koopa Trail Parkrun. Coincidentally, it is Belinda’s 333rd and my 111th parkrun. It wasn’t an early start for a change, as we were camping at Bongaree for the long weekend with the Macqueens and Nicolles. The run itself was nice. We ran 2 laps of up and back along the boardwalk. He ran a total of 13,883kms in 217 days, which equates to an average of 64km per day!! Emma and…

I also have a new found respect for those people that can consistently train day in and day out, and achieve some truly…
